The pantry is open to all families in the community. You do not need to be enrolled in a Treasure Valley Children’s Relief Nursery program to participate. Families from Ontario, Nyssa, Vale, Fruitland, Payette, and surrounding areas are welcome to stop by for support when needed.
When is the pantry open?
The Family Resource Pantry is open to the public every Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Families already enrolled in TVCRN programs may also access it on other days by arrangement. We recommend contacting us in advance if you have an urgent need outside Friday hours.
How does the process work when I visit?
Simply come to our front office at 780 SE 6th Street in Ontario, Oregon, during open hours. A staff member or volunteer will assist you in choosing supplies, with reasonable limits in place to ensure we can serve all families fairly. The process is simple, supportive, and confidential.
What types of donations does the pantry accept?
We gratefully accept donations of new or gently used children’s clothing (infant to 5T), sealed diapers and wipes, non-perishable food, and hygiene products. Local businesses and individuals can also partner with us to sponsor drives that keep the pantry stocked year-round. For larger donations, please contact us first to arrange drop-off.
Are there other resources if my family needs more help?
Yes. In addition to the pantry, Treasure Valley Children’s Relief Nursery connects families to a wide network of community partners. We can provide referrals to other food banks, housing support, or early childhood services.
